OXEBLUE SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided.
Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes upon arrival, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Oxe Blue is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages Oxe Blue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@oxeblue.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
